One of the vehicles used by AMS to fulfill this divine injunction was the creation of the Al-Furqan School in 1982. The Al-Furqan school currently serves about 700 students and operates on the weekend inside AMS. The Al-Furqan school teaches the Arabic language and Islamic studies. But, even more important than that, the students are taught to adhere to the Islamic values of honesty, hard work, community service and respect for elders.

For registration or information about the school, please call (313) 849-5367 on the weekends between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
